Configuration Issue with Pixsys

Hi everyone,
I’m using a Pixsys device for a project, and I’m running into an issue during configuration. When trying to set up the input parameters, the device doesn’t seem to save my changes properly, and it reverts to the default settings every time I restart it.
I’ve followed the manual instructions step by step, but the problem persists. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Could it be a firmware problem, or am I missing something in the configuration process?
Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
