ATR144 display

Hello,
Our customer says: ATR144 thermostat display show all to time only value 144. Is that broken? I don´t find any data in this topic.

The cooling unit located in Indonesia so I will send a new one there or do you know can a factory reset help? Unit is about 0,5 years old so i assume at the thermostat is not very old. Serial number is not available at this moment. Thanks.
