RS485 MODBUS communication between ATR244-12ABC-T and PLC LENZE 3200C

We acquired the ATR244-12ABC-T module, we are trying to establish RS485 MODBUS communication with a LENZE 3200C PLC, we have already done the parameterization of the ATR244, leaving a slave address at 10, 9600 baut rate.

In the PLC the appropriate parameterization for communication is also done but we do not receive any type of reading or writing of the ATR244 parameters and we do not know where to observe in the ATR244 if MODBUS communication has been established.

I would like you to provide us with support to see how we can solve this problem and establish communication between the ATR244 and the LENZE 3200C PLC.

Good morning,
To understand whether the device is communicating with the PLC, you should see a "REM" LED light up if there are actually read or write requests.

Check that you have made the RS485 serial connections correctly.
Try reversing the connections because we mean "A" as negative and "B" as positive.
