Hi, I have a DT240 HMI and I can't calibrate the touch screen

Does anyone know why even though I do what it tells me in the instructions doesn't work?? Do you know if I can get just the touch screen to replace it and not lose the program on the ladder

Hi,
to calibrate the touch screen, please touch and hold the screen and power on the HMi in the same time: the calibration procedure will start automatically.

Holding the screen while powering on the HMI worked perfectly and started the calibration right away.nulls brawl apk
