[ATR244-12ABC] Humidify/dry inverse voltage
Hi
I'm trying to configure an ATR244-12ABC like this:
AI1 = 4-20mA sensor, RH transmitter
DO = Relay
Setpunt = 50
Q1 = closed in 0-50 range (Q2 open)
Q2 = closed in 50-100 range (Q1 open)
AO1 = Output in 0-10V. Only active when Q1 = closed. This takes the value of AI1 and inverses it: for example AI = 10 (on scale of 0-50) it should output 8V. (50-10 = 40 x 2 = 80 = 8V)
This does not seem possible? I have also trouble programming this. I'm using labsoftview and mypixsys but mypixsys corrupts the settings.
EDIT: forgot to include atr.

Hi,
I edited your file . atr with the MyPixsys app without any problems.
Try testing the file I sent you on your phone.
The atr. file includes all the required functions. The "DO=Relay" has been activated associated with the alarm 3 "AL.3" as active above and deactivated below.
The program it should work as required.
Par.35 [c.ou.1] > "0-10V": Best Regards

Hi, loading your file into labsoftview gives me an error about it being created in an older version, I'll only do it on the phone for now.Pixsys tecnico 6 wrote:Hi,

Second, this seems to work, however can I use the setpoint (configured in LabSoftView to 50) to control the upper and lower limits for AL1/2/3? Or do they all have seperate setpoints?

Yes, it's possible.
Now AL.1,AL.2 and AL.3 are associated with setpoint 1.
In the old configuration each alarm had its own separate setpoint.
Best Regards

Thanks! This was very helpful; I've changed alarm 1 and 3 to Lo.dEV. to be correct and this works.Pixsys tecnico 6 wrote:Hi,

To make the controller only work when DI1 is closed (V+ connected to DI1), do I select Run or Start/stop?

hi,
you’ll have to set it as "RUN".

Hi.
Sorry for the old topic revive, but still having issues with this.
Currently the humidifying state has been set to AL1 and AL3.
Drying is set to AL2.
Both fases trigger correctly (at 55% relative humidity).
However AL3 does not seem to output any 0-10Vdc signal, why is this?

Re: [ATR244-12ABC] Humidify/dry inverse voltage
Good morning,
As you can see from the image below, alarm 3 is associated with digital output DO1 and not 0-10V.
From your configuration the output 0-10V is associated with the command output Par.35 [c.ou.1]. Best regards

Thanks for the clarification.
However then what am I doing wrong at the moment? There is no 0-10V output from AO1 under 55 (u.L.S.1) par. 41.
