J'ai activer la connexion a distance VNC sur mon TD710 sans savoir ce que c’était...
Depuis j'ai un écran noir et je n'arrive pas à revenir à l'état initial.
Comment réinitialiser l'IHM ?

please, can you write your post using the English language?

The TD710 VNC service can't dim the TD710 screen, maybe it is TDControl Panel setting. If you want access to the Td Control Panel, please keeep press the STOP button during the turn on of the TD710.

Yes it comes from the TdControlPanel parameter.
I pressed the Remote button and since then I have a black screen even when I turn on the HMI .

It was the REBOOT button I pressed.
So nothing to do with the VNC, I guess...

are you using the Page Lab HMI Interface or the Movicon HMI Interface?
What did you select by the TD710 TDControlPanel software?

did you disable the PageLab HMI interface? If you are using the Movicon HMI Interface, PageLab must be disable.
