Hi,
I have set up a ATR243-20ABC for the following:
PT100 input. SEn = Pt1
0-10v output terminals 4 & 5. C.out = c.0.10
JP5 inserted
JP7 inserted
JP9 inserted for linear output in Volts
The problem is I am only getting an output of either 0v or 10v.
Can anyone suggest where I may be going wrong?

Re: 0-10v output configuration for ATR243-20ABC
Hi,
to have the linear output fully working you must use the regulator in PID mode. To do this the easiest way is to run an auto-tuning cycle so the controller calculates itself parameters 18, 19, 20 (Proportional band, Integral time, derivative time), see par. 7.2 ... 7.4 for further informations.

Many thanks for your help. All working ok after running auto-tune.
