I Have a PIXSYS ATR 901 and its not working, when connected to power supply its doesnt give any signal.

Is there any assistance to repair? ( We are in Portugal) And if not, is there any replacement?

ATR901 is out of production, if you need a replacement you can buy a ATR902 that is compatible.
