DS-540 (Camper) incorrect battery voltage

Hello people,
this is a desperate call for help.
I have a camper/caravan. It is from 2003. The entire electrical system is controlled by a pixsys control board with Motorola 68HC11 Microcontroller.
The pixsys board is placed inside a "relay box" type DS-540-HY, which comes from "CBE".
The issue is: the info display shows incorrect battery voltage. It shows <2 V for both battery circuits, where both batteries are fully charged (14 V).
Therefore, the control software goes into "battery protection mode" and deactivates all relays for all load circuits (e.g. lighting, water pump etc.).
Is there anybody who is familiar with that old system?
Are schematics of the PCB available?
Or signal tables for the RS-485 bus between the relay box and the HMI panel?
Are spare parts available?
I did some measurements on the pixsys board but did not find any issue (main 5 V regulator works, 2.5 V reference works).
I would be glad for any feedback.
Alex
