TCT201-1ABC pause/work function with interruption of counting by an external pulse

Good morning,
I have purchased a TCT201-1ABC timer.
I notice that the pause/work function can be set.
With a continuous external pulse I would need to put the timer in STOP mode, and then restart it as soon as it is removed.
How can I make the connections and which parameters should i enter?
Thank you

Good morning,
Below are the required connection diagrams:
connect relay contact to terminals 5(OUT 24V) and 1(I3) to pause counting
connect selector switch between terminals 5(OUT 24V) and 3(I1) to execute the start or reset of the pause/work function count.

Then proceed as follows to access and modify the configuration parameters:
press ‘SET’ for 3 seconds;
enter the password ‘1234’;
press ‘SET’ again to confirm;
use the two arrows to scroll through the various parameters;
press and hold ‘SET’ to allow editing of the selected parameter;
at the same time use the arrows to change its property;
release ‘SET’ to confirm the change;

Below are the parameters to be changed for its application:
Par. 1 [Func.] = oSci (Timer1 and Timer2 start in sequence repeatedly)
Par. 6 [A.in.1] = H.LEu. (activation status of input 1)
Par. 8 [A.in.3] = L.LEu. (activation state of input 3)
Par. 11 [F.in.3] = UAit (standby setting (block count))
Par. 16 [Fo.S.1] = ‘count timer 1 format’.
Par. 17 [Fo.S.2] = ‘count timer 2 format’.
Par. 19 [di.S.2] = Modi. (setting that allows the second timer to be displayed and edited)

Press the two arrows simultaneously to exit the configuration mode.

The operation is explained below:
Closing the external switch at input 1 will start the pause/work function until it is opened.
On the other hand, closing the relay contact at terminals 5 and 1 will pause the countdown until it is opened.

The value of the main setpoint (and alarm setpoint if enabled) can be changed from the keyboard as follows:
Change the digit on display 2 (bottom line) with up arrow key and down arrow key;
(pressing the set key allows you to view the other setpoints, located on display 1 (top row). Display 2, on the other hand, indicates the setpoint type.
Change the digit on display 1 with the up arrow key and down arrow key.

To simplify the operation also consider that the ‘MyPixsys’ APP is available, which via NFC communication allows you to view and change setpoints from your mobile phone or tablet.
