I am running brand new equipment that uses a TCT101 timer. I was able to operate it once but it will not operate or turn on for a second time. TCT101 displays '10.00' in green and 'Stop' underneath. Tried turning off, then back on. Tried doing a reset in the function menu by using 9999 password. Did not work.

Unfortunately, we are only the manufacturer of the device and do not know how it works for this equipment.
You should try contacting the manufacturer of the installation and get the parameters for the correct operation of the device.
