DRR244-13ABC connection and parameterization of 3-way servovalve control with pt100 probe input

Post by user0020 »

Good morning,
I need to create a system with a DRR244-13ABC regulator that controls a 3-way servovalve used to maintain the temperature in a system.
I purchased a drr244-13abc regulator from one of your specialized distributors.
I want to connect a 3-wire pt100 temperature probe or sensor to the analog input of the drr244 temperature controller.
Can you tell me the electrical connections for the open loop modulating valve and the pt100 thermoresistance with the relative configuration parameters should i enter?
Thank you.

Good morning,
Below are the connection diagrams of the required probe or sensor:
input / terminal 13 - pt100 probe red wire
input / terminal 14 - white wire PT100 probe
input / terminal 15 - pt100 probe red wire

Below are the connections for a 3-way servovalve:
input / terminal 1 - servovalve power supply relay Q1
input / terminal 2 - servovalve opening wire
input / terminal 4 - power supply to servovalve relay Q2 (to power it, it is possible to make a bridge between terminals 1 and 4)
input / terminal 5 - servovalve closing wire

Subsequently, to log in and in order to modify the configuration parameters, proceed as follows:
press "FNC" for 3 seconds;
enter the password "1234";
press "FNC" again to confirm;
use the two arrows to scroll through the parameter groups;
press "SET" to allow modification of the selected parameter;
use the arrows to change its ownership;
press "SET" again to confirm the change;

Below are the parameters to modify to select the 3-wire PT100 probe:
GROUP Parameters A - [A.in.1] - Analog input 1
Par. 1 [SEn.1] = Pt100

Below are the main parameters to be set for regulation with a 3-way servomotor:
GROUP Parameters E - [cMd.1] - Outputs and adjustment. Process 1
Par. 35 [c.ou.1] = c.VAL.
Par. 47 [vA.t.1] = "valve time" (declared by the valve manufacturer)
GROUP Parameters C - [rEG.1] - Autotuning and PID 1
Par. 75 [P.b. 1] = 10 (for valve modulation, the smaller the value, the faster the modulation and vice versa)
Par. 79 [P.b.c.1] = ENAb. (setting used to center the proportional band, if Par.75[P.b. 1] = 10, modulation will take place both above and below the setpoint of 5 degrees)

If the temperature does not remain stable, set the dead band parameter Par. 78 [d.b. 1]
Example: if you set 0.5 as the dead band, it works both above and below with a gap of ± 0.5 degrees.

Press "FNC" once to return to parameter group selection,
Press "FNC" a second time to exit setup mode.

The value of the main setpoint (and alarm setpoint if enabled) can be modified from keyboard as follows:
Change the value on display 2 (bottom row) with up and down arrow keys;
(pressing the "set" key allows you to view the other setpoints, located on display 1 (top row). Display 2, on the other hand, indicates the setpoint type.
Change the digit on display 1 with up and down arrow keys.

To simplify the operation we suggest you to download "MyPixsys" APP which, via NFC communication, will allow to view and modify the setting parameters from your mobile phone or tablet.
