Hello everyone,
I got a workbench with 2 heating devices controlled by 2x ATR121.
Both controllers are connected to the same power supply. I have to turn off one of the controllers in order to turn off one of the heating devices.
How to I do that? I didn’t find the key combination to turn off the controller in the manual. Hopefully I missed it and the controllers are able to turn off by the press of a button or buttons. If it is through menus that’s not ideal but ok. I relay hope I just missed the option in the manual.
Edit: No unfortunately it is not possible to use 2 power supplies at the moment. — that would be a very long fix for the problem.
All the best

Re: ATR121 - 2 on 1 power supply - 1 needs to be turned off
hi,
Unfortunately, there is no key combination to turn off the device.
Some alternatives are for example:
- Lower the setpoint to the minimum so that the heating output is not activated.
- Set the device to "Only visualizer" mode from par.28 [Fnc].
- Insert a switch that cuts power supply to the device.

Hi,
Unfortunate…
Sorry I was mistaken for the controller, I guess the same answer applies to ATR111?
All the best
