As title says I have connected ATR244-12ABC-T to my PC via usb. Installed labsoftview and other stuff it asked on installation.
I select ATR244-12ABC-T from device list. It seems like it connects, I can plot the set and process values. I CANNOT however neither read nor write to device, coz it returns, "Warning: selected device doesn't correspond to connected device".
HELP!!?

I need to know the firmware version of the controller. You see it when you turn on the device.
Also the version of the program labsoftview.
If you have an android phone you can try to download from the play store our app "Mypixsys" to check if the product matches the one written. In case you can use the app to program the controller via NFC of your phone.

The problem is encountered when the firmware version of the device is less than 2.00, so to fix the problem will have to update the device to the latest version.
To receive the device update file please contact technical support by email.
