ATR621 Program issue after waiting time

Hello.
I've been using ATR621 for several years now without any issue.
On the last process I made, the program didn't start after the initial waiting time. I've realized it only starts (C1 led on) after I temper SPu and push up button a bit.
That happens on both cY.01 and cY.02 but not on the last program I made, cY.03.

Could you tell me what's the issue and what is causing this?

Hi,
what is the firmware versione fo your ATR621? It's the number that you can see during the boot-up time of the controller.
