Movicon Alarm

Hello, I have a little problem with my TD810 I can't get the sound when an alarm goes off.

Hello,
When an alarm goes off, I can't get any sound coming out of the HMI.
While when I press the screen there is a "beep" coming out of the HMI.

My program is that when a controller alarm is triggered, an alarm window will appear on the HMI. But I don't get any sound coming out of the HMI.

Hi,
the beep sound is a system sound of the HMI buzzer, but Movicon can't manage the HMI buzzer. The HMI buzzer works only for the touch screen and it is not available for the Movicon software. If you need a sound when the alarm is active, you need an external buzzert that you can activate by the HMI. Usually an external buzer is activate by a digital output of a PLC I/O MOdule.
