ATR313 error help

hello, we have done all the necessary settings with ATR313, meanwhile, we are also putting the process data -oven heat regime-, oven is working properly but it does not give us the process data, in other words, process screen does not start. I would be grateful if you could tell me what may cause this problem?

could you post a picture of the ATR313 to explain the problem? What did you mean " it does not give us the process data"?

PROCESS AND TIME ARE NOT PROGRESSING
DOES NOT START THE OVEN
FAN ONLY WORKS

Hi,
you can transfer data between atr313 panels using the memory card cod.2100.30.001.

The transfer data between the ATR313 can be transfer only between the same release of the ATR313. If the Memory card doesn't appear, maybe it is not the same release.
