ATR-401 Controller

I am trying to communicate with a temperaturature controller ATR-401 using MATLAB but i am having trouble just connecting to it and reading temperature data.I have set baud rate, data bits, parity and stop bits based on the user manual but it still does not recognize the device. The images below shows my code in MATLAB and the Device manager with the COM port.

sorry but we don't know the MTLAB software.
Please can you post the PIN are you using by ATR401 for the rs485? And what kind of ATR401 model are you using?
Did you try decrease the parameter numer 94.[SE-dE]?

I am using MATLAB 2019b software with the RS-485 ports on the Device. The DEVICE is ATR401-22ABC-T . I have changed the parameter 94.[SE-dE] to 0 but still cannot communicate with it.
