ATR 142 Memory after Power Failure

Evening all, first post and a query on the ATR 142 being used on a RO plant for Thermal disinfection every evening...
If controller is programmed at say 87oC and their is a power outage... how long will the controller retain its set point before it reverts to factory setting or does this not occur and controller retains its last setting..??
