[TCT101-1ABC] Timer

Hello!

Input1: NPN
Input2: NPN
P-01: toFF
P-02: otiN or ALL (In both settings does not work as i need)

Problem: I can not restore the timer value after the power supply is turned off and on!

I need, if the timer is working and there is power supply "cut off" , after turning on the time value is the same as before turning off!
Example: The timer is starting to count 10 min! In 4 min is problem with power supply and the counter turns off. After some while ( 3-10 sec) it turns on and start to count from the last position (4 min) to 10 min (Set point1).

Am i doing something wrong or what?

Hello!
probably the battery is low, leave the Timer TCT101 on for 4-5 hours and retry.

Parameter [P.o.NE.] must be set as "ALL".

Buongiorno!

I left TCT101-1 with power supply for 10 hours!
Now it is ok!

But is there some options to control START signal with impulse? Or while be there some upgrade for TCT101-1??

Can you make an example of "control START signal with impulse"? I mean, you can already start/stop timer using I1...

Ciao!

About impulse start!

If i start the timer with impulse input on I1 ( Start signal is for short time).
Timer starts and is counting!
Then i turn off the power supply and after turning it again on, the controller is in STOP mode and at zero value! ( Does not save the counter value)

If the START signal is active all time, then after turning off and on, it restore the counting and start it from saved timer value! But just in case if I1 was active, when there was power " cut off"!

Ok, now I understand :D

You can only start/stop the cycle using I1 and choose to memorize or not the state of the counting setting [PoNE] parameter but if you set [PoNE] as "o.tiN." when the timer is reinitialized (after a power off):

-if I1 is still close, the counting continue from the saved value before OFF
-if I1 is open, the counting rest in stop (and you visualize the value before OFF) at this point you can reset the time using another input or the UP arrow (parameter [FtuP]).
