[2000.35.016] Configuration and calibration not working

Post by user15302 »

I hava a three wire PT100 conneted to 2000.35.016 and further to Moxa ioLogik R1240. ioLogic is configured to detect current signals (4-20 mA).

I configured 2000.35.016 to used 3 wire PT100, it was configured to use 4 wire by default. This configuration works. I am using android app.

2000.35.016 seems now to be connected correctly since I am able to detect current changes in ioLogic -device when PT100 is put in boiling water etc.

Now the problems. I am trying to set the ranges. I am able to save new ranges but it does not seem to have any effect on output.
Shouldn't it have an effect?

What is the default temperature range?

I set gain calibration but it either did not have an effect on output values.

I cannot set the data logger on? Is the feature unsupported in this device?

Hi,
the range have effect on output. Default value is -200 to 600°C (using PT100 probe), but you can change it. What your electrical connection and how is the power supply signal of the converter (2000.35.016)?

Best regards.

Thanks for the answer. Now that I tried it again I was able to set the temperature range.
