[TD320] Exporting file from HMI

Hello to all!

I am new to PIXSYS. I am trying to program the TD320 along with a MCM 260-5AD and MCM 260-4AD.

The TD320 has already a program and displays configured. I need to get the files from TD320 along with the display. I tried extracting it from the device but the Export function under PLprog doesn't work. Anyone who can help me?

Or, is it possible to get the program from the device?

A quick response is much appreciated.

Unfortunately, you can’t export the program directly from the TD320 using PLProg, as the PLC code is encrypted. To modify the program, you need the original source code. However, you can back up the HMI configuration and project by holding the STOP button at startup and saving via the TDControlPanel to a USB stick.

You can’t fully “export” the program directly from a TD320 once it’s already loaded. Usually you need the original project file created in PLprog. If the Export option isn’t working, try the Upload from device function instead of Export, or contact Pixsys support to unlock the project.

By the way, when I’m stuck on tricky programming tasks, I usually take a short break with some casual games on funkiplay— helps clear the head before diving back in.
