ATR 141 Safety related data

I am trying to assess the performance level (PL) acheived on a control system which is using two of you ATR 141 controllers. one is being used as an over-temperature alarm and the other as an over-pressure alarm. I know these units are not safety rated as such but following EN ISO 13849-1 it is possible to calculate a performance level if you can give me either a mean time to dangerous failure (MTTF) or B10d value which is the number of cycles before 10% of components have a dangerous failure. The over-pressure unit gets it's input signal from a 4-20mA transducer and the over-temperature unit gets it's input signal from a PT100.
