How to connect a 4 wire PT100 to an ATR121-AD

Have an "old" PT and while trying to connect it as a two wire (short brown and orange to 11 and short green and blue to 10 got the E-05. Checked the resistance and it fits the current temp (about 111 ohm). Suggestion please...

Your connection is correct but you have to short-circuit also 10 to 12. Then remember to set [SEn] parameter to "PT".

To have a "3 wire connection" connect the blue wire to 12, short brown and orange to 11 and connect green to 10

Since, I did have managed to work it out as a 3 wire. All now working as expected. Many thanks for confirming...
