Hi, I have a DT240 HMI and I can't calibrate the touch screen
Does anyone know why even though I do what it tells me in the instructions doesn't work?? Do you know if I can get just the touch screen to replace it and not lose the program on the ladder

Re: touch-screen setup
Hi,
to calibrate the touch screen, please touch and hold the screen and power on the HMi in the same time: the calibration procedure will start automatically.

Re: touch-screen setup
If the calibration step is not triggering, it is almost always due to timing during startup rather than a fault with the HMI itself. The TD240 only enters calibration when the touch is held exactly while powering on, so even a slight delay will cause it to boot normally instead.нулсбравл

Re: touch-screen setup
Rather than an issue with the HMI itself, time during starting is nearly invariably the cause of the calibration step not triggering.
