PIDin ATR 620

Post by user15001 »

I have a jewelry oven.
I use ATR620 1.18 (which is displayed at startup)
The problem that the display screen and button does not match that of the manual (2300.10.025-RevD softawre 1.12) it matches that of ATR621.
I consulted the manual (300.10.025-RevD software 1.12)
I tried to apply the following procedure (http://forum.pixsys.net/viewtopic.php?f ... 38&start=1) to set Proportional band (p36), Integral time (p37), Derivative time (p38), but the result is not satisfactory.

I activated the pid by changing the value of p 28 to 0 and I activated the aurotunning and simple control in P1 to remedy the problem, but autotunning and simple control does not work.
:(

I have this manual (paper and electronic)
I have read this manual, I note that this ATR620 which I own does not resemble the one in the manual (it does not have the same display). I tried to apply the procedure on page 71 (27.5 Auto-tuning), the word "tune" is not displayed even if I respect this rule of the manual, here is this excerpt:

Process value must be at least 35% lower than setpoint value (to avoid overshooting of temperature above setpoint value). If two processes are enabled, please go to P-19 / 1st digit, to choose the process to which Autotuning will refer.

Also knowing that I have autotunning enabled in p1.
I noticed that there is a small icon "Tune" in the display, it is in the left part at the bottom of the display. It does not light even at startup.
This ATR620 does not correspond to your manual it is a kind of ATR620,5 (the display is identical to that of ATR 621 but it does not have the same menu)
It is anxious to work on a material that does not correspond to the manual.

Hi,
the picture in the user guide is a old version of the ATR620...
Try this parameters...

Disable Auto-tunning (2nd digit of the P01)
P28 = 0
P30 = 10 (or if you are using a SSR set this parameter to 1 value)
P35 = 0
P36 = 30
P37 = 120
P38 = 30

Best Regards
