ATR244 C1 shows on screen but no 24V output on pins 4 &5

Hello!
Could you suggest a setup for ATR244-12ABC-T. What we need out of it is C1 output 24V signal. Current configuration that was already there once unpacked, just changed TC type to Pt100. When set required temperature C1 comes up on the screen, but pins 4 & 5 don`t have 24V output. Thought maybe controller faulty, had a spare (as bought two at once), but it does the same. Can you help with setup please?
