Hi, im trying to communicate a TD710 with other device by modbus generic node RS232, do you have some manual on how to use the functions?

Hi, there are two way to read and write a Modbus Register. The first way is used if you want to read/write some modbus register, but if you want to read many Modbus Register it better to use the LogicLab Tool "Modbus Device Custome Editor". In the first way you can use the "Generic Modbus " and define the single register that you wanto to read or write using the modbus standard function.
In the second way you can use the "Run Modbus Custom Editor" so you can define many Modbus Register. When your custom registers are defined, you can save the Custom Modbus Device and add to the LogicLab Resources.

Io ho fatto quello che avete detto in questa conversazione. Tuttavia non viene letto il parametro del mio dispositivo collegato con RS232, ho provato sia con la funzione 3 che la 4. Mi viene un dubbio se ho impostato nella maniera corretta i valori. Quali sono i settaggi corretti da fare nell'immagine che invio in allegato e i parametri da settare nel MODBUS_FC04_1? Grazie!
