atr 236 -SOFT START gradient

Hello,
I'm trying to program this controler with gradient function but i simply cant do it. I program parameter GRAD to 60.0 which is degrees of celsious per hour - so says the manual. If i make 60.0 i suppose it should rise with gradient 1 degrees Celsious per minute.
What am I missing here?? Because when I set GRAD parameter to 60, leave parameter site and set temp to 100° C controller give 100% output for heateer and gradient is much faster.
Which parameter should be set correcty that grad funcion is turned on?
