My unit is set up to give a output (Q1 wired normally open) when the temperature rises over 50 degrees. The contact switches when I go over 50 but will not reset when the temperature drops below that again. I want the unit to reset back to normal when the temperature drops back below 50 degrees.

HYc is set to 5 but I think we have this so the part we are reading the temperature off has cooled down enough so it can start again? REG is already set to HEA.

The parameters to be used for your application are those mentioned in the previous post. You can try resetting the ATR121 by entering the 999 password. After this procedure the ATR121 will have the default parameters. You must then reset the correct parameter of the [Sen] probe and the parameters mentioned in the previous post. If you do not solve the problem, please post the operation of your application and the electrical connections precisely.
