[ATR121] output display temperature

I have a n RTD connected to the ATR121 3 wire connection two red 1 white. the display on the unit doesn't match the coolant temp that it is monitoring. this is verified using a thermo-couple and digital thermometer. i have tried changing the RTD, inputting an offset but its not a linear difference. swaped the cables around. Tried using a different SEn setting (currently on PT1)

any help would be much appreciated !!

What temperature do you read and what is the real temperature?
How long is the wire? Do you use PT100 wire or use standard cable?
Do you make extensión?

At the first instance the temps are the same on the ATR121 and the digital thermometer. By the time the ATR121 has reached 80 the digital thermometer is reading around 105. Yes I have an extension attached to the PT100. the extension cable is 5 meters and is the same cable that is attached to the PT100.

cheers

I think it isn't a PT100B "Beta385", as I told to your colleague in
