I dont understand which is the purpose of this parameter.

What can I get multiplying the process value for a percentage between -9.9 and 12.7%

[cAG] parameter give you the possibility to correct reading errors in %, so if the process value increases, also the correction increases.

For example:
[cAG] = 10.0
process value = 0 -> correction is 10% of 0 so process value visualized = 0
process value = 100 -> correction is 10% of 100 so process value visualized = 110
