Problem booting TD810

Hello to all of you.

I have bought a TD810 and have problem with booting. I think it is missing the boot files. When I try to connect with movicon or device finder it brings the message, device not ready. Tried to connect even with internal miniUSB port but can not find the AM335x USB driver for windows 7.

Hi,
did you check if the Movicon TCP Upload Service is availabled by the TD810. Please check the follow link (video tutorial number 1) for the TDControlPanel settings.

Thank you for your reply.
We have checked all the videos and tutorials on your website but we were not able to find any solution for our problem. I have attached also a picture of what the issue is and what we see on our screen.

Hi,
please can you access to the TDControlPanel and post the Movicon and LogicLab configuration?
The Red LED remain on or blink?

Hi,

The HMI TD810 screen remains like this. It does not turn on and the red LED remains on as well. We were thinking that maybe if we reset the device to factory settings it would solve the issue but we have no information on how to do that or how to install the TD control panel.

Hello,

We have already tried this way but the problem is that the DeviceFinder does not find the HMI TD810 even though we have connected the device with the computer. Attached is a screenshot what appears when we try to reset the device.

if you are unable to reset the TD810, an RMA procedure must be performed. In this case you should contact your local dealer or if you purchased directly from Pixsys use the RMA form at the following link:
